  1. Log in to your Pionex account

  2. Go to Dashboard → Transaction History

  3. Select the date range for your transactions (max 15 months per export)

  4. Click Export and wait for the file to be generated (may take up to 24 hours)

  5. Download the ZIP file and extract it

  6. Upload the trading history CSV and/or deposit/withdrawal CSV file below
